Our standard advertised delivery timeframe is:

This timeframe applies from the date your order is processed and dispatched. Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.
While many orders may arrive sooner, we recommend allowing the full advertised timeframe before following up on delivery.
Processing Times
Orders are usually processed as quickly as possible after payment has been received.
During busy periods, public holidays, supplier delays, or courier disruptions, processing and delivery times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Locations
We ship throughout New Zealand.
Shipping availability may vary depending on the size, weight, and type of product ordered.
Tracking Information
Where tracking is available, tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
Please note that tracking updates may take some time to appear after the courier receives the parcel.
Multiple Items
If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately depending on stock location, supplier availability, or courier requirements.
Separate parcels may arrive on different days.

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with clear photos of:

- The shipping label
- Any visible damage to the box or parcel

Missing or Lost Parcels
If tracking shows your parcel has been delivered but you have not received it, please check around your property, mailbox, reception area, or with others at the address.
If you still cannot locate it, contact us and we will assist where possible.
