Pull up the switch and it is correct if the window goes up all the way. – If the window drops down after reaching its top end then the reset is necessary for the anti-pinch function. Instruction for the reset Close the window completely. Keep holding the window switch in the UP position for about 2-5 seconds after it fully closes.
